At Paul & Claire Montreal, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and structured return process as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

  • The item must be physically received before a return request can be made.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.

  • Trying on items for fit is allowed; wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intentional purpose of partial return are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.

  • This includes international shipping fees.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional shipping-related charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1:
Email us at info@peterclairemontreal.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Step 2:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner.

Step 3:
Ship the item back at your own expense.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).

Paul & Claire Montreal is not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking confirmation.


4. Refunds

After the returned product has:

  • Been received at the designated return address

  • Been inspected and approved

We will process your refund within 30 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the item does not meet return conditions, the refund may be refused.


5. Order & Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and not reported within this timeframe, additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
